Woolsey^® Topside Primer should be used as a base coat whenever the surface to be painted is aged, cracked, checked, pitted, or in any way less than smooth. This product dries quickly and is easy to sand. 

This high-build formula has excellent filling properties. Woolsey Topside Primer can be tinted to better match the finish enamel so there is not such a striking contrast between the two colors.

Apply to fiberglass, wood, or previously painted surfaces on boats, RVs or other applications prior to applying Woolsey Topside Paint.
